Last night we went on a family date (that means that Savi came too). We walked about three blocks to this place called Quatro D. It's a cafe and heladeria (gelato). It was fantastic, really cute inside. Nate got the 4d, an espresso with vanilla gelato, and I got a coconut gelato to share with Savi. We also felt like a little something to eat so we got a grilled chicken wrap with spinach, bacon, candied pecans, and some unidentifiable vegetable ( i think that it was steamed broccoli stems). Needless to say, it was really good. We also get a caprese salad which was very tasty. I think that our family will be frequenting Quatro D... just try and say it... its so dramatic in Spanish, rather than just 4D.

mmm.... that sounds so good! i love coconut icecreams or gelatos. and affogatos are really good too. there's a place in sonoma that makes their own soft serve and we always get it with espresso. we'll drive 30 minutes just for icecream...
